How to add an event to our calendar?
Gather all the event's information needed
You will need a couple of things to add your event to the calendar: Date, starting time, finishing time, events detail, organiser’s contact, photo, and link to the sign-up page (if needed)
Submit it using our form
Please use the “Submit New Event” button to access the form for new submissions. We will need as much information as possible
Approval from our volunteers
Once you have submitted all the information requested, one of our volunteers will approve it and add the event to the calendar. Please allow 2-3 weeks from submitting your event to being live. If you have already submitted one and want to change something, click here
